We may modify these T at any time, provided that these changes appear on our site.

Article 2 – Prices

2.1 The prices of our products are quoted in Euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs.
2.2 All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.
2.3 “AIR GPL” reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability. Information on prices and product availability is subject to change and is for information purposes only.

Article 4 – Validation

When you click on the Validate button after the order process, you declare that you accept the order, as well as all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, in full and without reservation. The data recorded by AIR GPL constitutes proof of all transactions made by our company and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system is proof of financial transactions.

Article 5 – Availability

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by email, as soon as possible.
You can then request the cancellation or exchange of your order by email at boutiquegpl@gmail.com or by post

For payment by cheque, in the event of unavailability of the order, your order will be cancelled and the cheque will be returned to you.
For payment made by card, in the event of unavailability of the goods, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.

Article 6 – Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address you have indicated during the order process. Delivery time includes package preparation time and transit time. If you choose to pay by cheque, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the cheque. Consequently, the deadlines applicable in this case are those on the day of receipt of the cheque and may therefore be modified compared to those mentioned on the day the order is placed.

Article 8 – Retention of title

The products remain the property of “AIR LPG” until full payment of the price, if applicable plus interest. This provision does not prevent the customer from transferring the risk of loss or damage to the customer from the moment the products have left our premises.

Article 9 – Security

To avoid any risk of misappropriation of your bank card, “bouteillegpl.fr” uses a secure payment system Cyberplus Paiement, the most secure and widely used encryption protocol today. Your bank details are directly encrypted (to the maximum standards allowed by the authorities, i.e. 128 bits).

“bouteillegpl.fr” never receives the bank authorization. It is managed directly by the bank.
“bouteillegpl.fr” does not store any banking information.

Article 10 – Return, Exchange, Refund

The items supplied by “bouteillegpl.fr” are brand new and guaranteed. You have a right of withdrawal of 14 working days, extended by a further 3 days, from receipt of the ordered product to return it.

It is mandatory to have the assembly of certain LPG CNG parts carried out by an automotive professional. Some LPG parts cannot be sold to individuals and are reserved for professionals. Our company is not responsible in the event of an accident or non-operation of your LPG system. Specific orders, electrical parts, such as switches, ECUs, electronic diagnostic tools, sensors, modules, injectors, cannot be exchanged and will not be refunded.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.
Returns of products must be made in their original packaging, ONLY to the address intended for the return of the goods (no sales)

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it is made by return of credit via your credit card or PayPal within a period of less than or equal to 1 week following the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason.

Article 11 – law and competent court

This is the case for the substantive rules as well as for the formal rules. In the event of a dispute or claim, the consumer will first contact the SAS “AIR GPL” to obtain an amicable solution. In the event of other disputes, the place of performance is the Commercial Court of PARIS for both parties.
